Nicole R. Hurley
With nearly 10 years of estate planning experience, Nicole designs, drafts, and implements comprehensive estate plans that help her high-net-worth clients incorporate tax efficiencies, ensure proper distribution of assets and transfer of wealth, and avoid probate issues. She also handles all aspects of estate administration and prepares estate and gift tax returns.
Nicole’s deep background in trusts and estates law also includes experience in 17-A and Article 81 guardianship proceedings, 50-H matters, and other estate litigation proceedings. She also has experience with cross-border issues in trust and estate law.
Nicole earned her B.S. from James Madison University, and her J.D. and Estate Planning Certificate from the Syracuse University College of Law.
