Amanda represents clients of substantial wealth in trusts and estates litigation matters, managing all aspects of cases from filing to oral advocacy on behalf of her clients in court and in other legal forums. In addition, Amanda designs and drafts trusts and estate plans to ensure clients’ goals are met and their assets are protected. Whether it is litigation or trust and estate planning, Amanda aims to protect clients’ legacies in business and in life.
Earlier in her career, Amanda represented clients in a range of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on matrimonial law. By starting her career in matrimonial law, Amanda learned early on what it truly means to be a “counselor” at law. Amanda enjoys working intimately with her clients at all stages of both litigation and planning. By establishing a close relationship, Amanda is able to understand and anticipate her clients’ needs resulting in unmatched personalized representation. Amanda’s focus with each client is to provide a supportive environment while vociferously advocating on their behalf.
